Lots of unnecessary cursing from work colleagues

So this cursing mainly occurs at the place where I sign on in the morning and meet the supervisors. About half of them talk normally (sort of) most of the time and the other half constantly curse. I don't mind the cursing but the problem is that if it's a supervisor who's cursing, then there is that inevitable moment when you make a mistake and by pure coincidence they're suddenly cursing more. It becomes a grey area as to whether they're then cursing at you or just cursing. On the other hand, if the person never cursed and now they're suddenly cursing then you know it's directed at you.

What I've realised is I've tried to tell myself "oh that guy's constantly cursing he doesn't even realise it". But then again that couldn't possibly be true because I believe everyone is very careful of how they use swear words. If you take that same person who's constantly cursing and put them in a room with the head manager they're suddenly a very good boy.

But some of these guys have just really normalised cursing in this place. I assume this causes some of the regular staff to then curse to try and fit in. Mostly it's not so bad because I just come in and get my duty. But sometimes I've to hang around and wait for to be told my duty. That's the hard part because you've to hear them going at it. You literally hear them get more confident the more they curse as time goes by. Mean while my confidence drops. It's like I'm thinking "what if he says 'okay there's your fcuking duty Tom boy' and I don't have the usual confidence I would to correct that. Last week there was a hug argument in the crew room because one of the supervisors spoke badly to a staff member, but that guy was very senior and was in a position to stand up for himself.
