Did you get a demo and how did that go? Do they use your one or bring their own?

    I'm partial to your abracadabra,

I'm raptured by the joy of it all.

I didn’t get a demo. One was by that stage I had seen enough on YouTube to have made up my mind. I’ve been looking at a maybe the last seven or eight years. I didn’t go for a demo as I have quite a small kitchen and felt that it would have been a lot of . My consultant though is always on hand if I need help with anything and she is very good. Once you buy you get set up by the consultant on a WhatsApp group with other owners. you’re swapping recipes and hints. You can ask questions and usually get some good answers if you need help or want to try something new. It’s great really for getting started..

    Super folks, thanks.

Yeah, I think I'll regret it if I go for the lesser model as I've wanted one of these for a while. So I'll go for the new Thermomix I think.

The TM7 looks very nice. I’m jealous lol! If you pull the trigger on a new one please post back and let us know how you’re finding it.

Yeah very interested to know if anyone has experience of LIDL alternative. 1k difference not to be sniffed at and if it does 75% of the work then that should be a winner. Thermomix looks great but serious price tag.

For the demo they come to your house with their one. You cook a couple meals with them and see how it works, different functions, cleaning, etc. All in all its a couple of hours and obviously you keep the few meals cooked in it.

Its a great machine, huge variety and i'm pretty sure i'm still not getting complete value from it as you can make your own healthier butter, jams, sauces, ice cream etc. To get best value you need to be organised, do a meal plan and shop for the ingredients you need.
