Is there a service in Ireland where I can provide a pattern and they will make the garment to fit me? It would need to be something in person, not online, to get correct fitting. Ideally near Dublin.

Previously, I lived across the road from a seamstress who did alterations, repairs etc.
I'd say they'd do any type of work like that, given that they made communion dresses from scratch etc.
Find your nearest seamstress.

I hadn't thought about an alterations place. There is one locally, I'll check in with them. Thanks for the input.
