ESBN & No Data appearing

    I've been chasing down an issue with my data being unavailable on the portal for over 2yrs.

    A succession of incredibly disjointed customer contact experiences before, finally after, and I am being 100% honest in this over 18months trying to chase down an answer! Getting hold of an agent who went back over the data and found the breaking change.

    It turns out that if you have joint names on your Electricity Provider account? That you cannot access ESBN date 🤨

    Now this strikes me as odd, given the importance of Joint Utilities and I would assume a large number of such accounts in operation.

    I did ask if ESBN could delete the existing account and allow me to set up again with joint names? The response was an emphatic "No" that the ESBN side only allows accounts in single name.

    Has anyone else run in to this issue? Or have I fallen into some weird twilight zone?

    Just to close out on this query. Had some more back and forth with ESBN who were/are adamant that they cannot accommodate accounts with 2 names, so no Mr & Mrs Banie01 possible if you want to access your meter data.

    I switched providers last week and did so in single name. Received the welcome pack this morning in single Mr Banie01.

    As of today I can now access my meter data again.
