I couldn't find it on the website. I emailed them this morning and got a reply this afternoon.

You can enter the car park 3 hours before your selected entry time.

Code "womensday" is working now for 20% off. Valid for the month of March apparently.

    HURRY20 still works.

Still expensive to park these days 😏

Not at good as WOMENSDAY or HURRY20 mentioned above, but PARK2TRAVEL is 15% off, just in case the others don't work

Has anyone an experience to report? Considering using them in the next few days, but haven’t heard much good/bad since launch.

    Travelled at the weekend.

No issues to report. Bus waiting after parking up and about 10 minutes wait at the airport on return.

Rough stoney surface with no markings. Staff directing cars to specific space on arrival.

A good solid option as long as prices remain competitive.

Used at the weekend. No problems at all. On the return to the car park the bus just picks up from zone 9 at terminal 1 which is better than the DAA buses which loop back to both terminals. Will use again if cheaper than DAA.

Used it this weekend, was grand. The only issue is that the buses don't have middle doors, so it's a bit of a squeeze trying to get off in time. At more than one stop, people had to shout for the driver not to drive off as they hadn't been able to get off yet.

Do you happen to remember if they’re wide enough for a wheelchair/double buggy? One door sounds like it could be a nightmare with small children.

I think the door would be wide enough for wheelchairs/double buggies, but if I remember correctly the bay for buggies and wheelchairs is down where the middle doors would be. When pass the driver there is a luggage rack all the way along the left, but also immediately after the door, up to the middle space. Even without people standing there I'd say it'd be a tight squeeze to move down the bus. In fairness, not something I was looking out for, so I'm not the most reliable source!

Same experience here with people shouting etc, they definitely could do with a middle door. The bus we got back was packed so anyone getting off at the first few stops in the car park had to squeeze through people standing and sometimes struggled to get their suitcases, which were on racks in that same standing area.

Otherwise would have no complaints, just need to remember to head over to T1 to get the return bus if flying back into T2.

Thanks! Hopefully they get some busses with middle doors soon…

Do any of these codes work in the other short and long term car parks at Dublin airport?

‘hurry20’ worked just now for a 10 day booking in July/Aug €90 after discount compared to €148.99 for Red Carpark

    hurry20

Works, knocked down 7 days from €89.50 to €71.60

Doubt it their brand new buses and I presume the reason they went with single door buses is because their cheaper and have less resale value in the Irish/UK market than dual door buses and can be redeployed to other contracts easier. Probably the same reason they went with buses with seatbelts fitted.

Bernard Kavanagh use similar buses on PSO work in other parts of the country. Costs are a bigger concern for a private operator than the DAA.

Anyway used the service for the first time for a few days away last week significantly cheaper than the red carpark. Buses not quite as frequent as the red carpark but still frequent enough. It's a more no frills option than the red carpark. Buses not quite as frequent and there doesn't appear to be the same amount of staff working there as in the DAA carparks. I can see it being mental in the summer months

Used it for the first time this morning, very straightforward, mad looking pink buses. :)

The driver told me there's a pick up spot at terminal 2 for coming back is that correct?

I read on here a few pages back that pick up was only at terminal 1.

No wonder the DAA were so keen to buy the site that is now Park2Travel...

DAA made €1.4m a week from its car parks at Dublin Airport in 2023

I can confirm there is a pick up at terminal 2, pink bus stop you can't miss it.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,858 ✭✭✭mikeybhoy

Is it beside the red/blue/green carpark stops?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 3,415 ✭✭✭ooter

Honestly don't know, it was late and dark so didn't notice much around the bus stop but even in the dark the pink bus stop stood out

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,972 ✭✭✭mightyreds

I did miss it today had to walk round to 1 to get it

Edit bus driver just said no stop at 2

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 3,415 ✭✭✭ooter

Maybe it is at terminal 1 but it's very close to terminal 2 if it is, just a short distance up from the drop off point at terminal 2.
