      She isn't the only one to get government funding by having a brass neck. There is one lad who is well known as a scammer in his locality and he has recently been running a charity campaign that started as a go fund me page and then got national media coverage and eventually he got government funding. Most of the money is going to him on wages and expenses. But he is very convincing and has threatened legal action on anyone who questions where the money is going.
