Has anyone been interviewed for Cork?

I had my capability interview this week, ~20 in Waterford. I found the hardest part was that the interviewer didn't seem to want to hear past 2 sentences, I kept getting cut off for time as we were only allotted 20 minutes. It seem they wanted to hear buzz words and no more. Had I knew that in advance, I could've prepared better for brevity, so hopefully this helps someone else. Good luck everyone!

Here are the questions I can remember:
When was a time when you made improvements to the working process/procedure? Was there any resistance?

What software experience do you have? I barely got out Microsoft Suite… then immediately "which do you struggle with the most?"

When have you worked with a tough customer/coworker?

How have you managed complex procedures?

Same experience, Same questions. Didn't feel like the best interview but I passed

I just got the contract, starting on March 24, Co. Monaghan.

I enquired on the 24th Feb re Offaly process, and was informed they are yet to start calling candidates into clearance for TCO 2025. This time last year I had an offer and did the interview three weeks earlier this year. Hopefully they get cracking soon.

ok thanks. I am in late teens so hopefully they’ll move onto the next batch soon. I suspect they get a lot of refusals (going by how quickly it loved last year).

I'm in the teens too so hopefully we will hear soon. My current contract is coming to an end in a few weeks so crossing my fingers.

Has anyone from Dublin been contacted by clearance? If you pass, does that mean there’s a job offer, or is it just standard procedure?

In the mid teens OOM for county Louth and just got called today. Interview next week so fingers crossed goes well🤞 in the high 100s OOM for the AO competition and have also been interviewed for an EO role but really want out of my current job ASAP so hopefully can get in to a TCO position

I’m in the exact same situation. Interview three weeks ago, batch 5, passed. Havent heard anything yet…

Interview on January 10th, results on January 13th, and they called me about the position in March. Co. Monaghan
