How to increase pressure on Ideal Max Boiler

My boiler pressure has decreased to a low level (see image) and I know I have to refill it but I'm not sure of the sequence of the levers. Underneath the boiler is visible in the second image. There's a black lever on the left and right and a yellow lever in the middle. Also visible is the magnetic filter. So is there a specific sequence that I need to perform it in?

None of those are the refill valves. Have a look for something like this loop:

    Or this automatic valve:

They may be located in the hotpress or lower down below the boiler.

No there's nothing like that around the boiler. I might have a look in the attic. We don't have a hot press. We currently don't use the boiler for hot water and only for heating the rads. I imagine it's related but I find myself having to regularly bleed the rads.
