How to put air pressure back into oil boiler?

Can someone please tell me how to re pressurise a Firebird oil boiler. Pressure is at 0 bar as radiator needed bleeding.
Do you turn the two valves marked red in the picture attached? Or is it the valve above the pressure gauge?
