All my U& channels (12129V) showing no signal but all other channel frequencies I checked are OK.

Has there been some change I am unaware of or is this problem local to my setup?

Whats the full tuning params you have?

That transponder has switched to DVB-S2. You'll need to rescan with these parameters

    12.129 V - 27500 5/6 DVB-S2 QPSK

    That's assuming you're using a free-to-air receiver.

Just coming back to say I deleted the mux and re-scanned and my system is now picking up the lost channels.

Thanks @Charles Slane this is the info I was missing, but the scanning appears to have picked up the correct parameters.

Although changes now are a lot fewer than in recent times, RXTV is a good site to keep up with things. They have the details of the change on 12129 listed.

I checked lyngsat and Kingofsat and no listed change to s2. Sunday was working so it must have just changed.

Rescanned and all ok. It's rare to see no freq, fec or symbol etc. change when moving to s2

    UKTV goes DVB-S2

18/02/2025 – UKTV’s satellite transponder, which is transponder 22 on Astra 2E (12129 V) is now operating in DVB-S2 mode with a revised FEC of 2/3 (was 5/6).

Above from the RXTV link. As I write this the latest change to any 28 East channel information on Lyngsat is 17 Feb and King of Sat 16 Feb. They depend on contributors to send them infomation, so they should be up to date soon.

They all had a full EPG for me this morning , but the channels were all dark.

Checked all the other bouquets , ABM runs nightly for me , and they were all the same.

Just checked them now and they are all back.

I did nothing , so must have been their end …… a " do not adjust your sets" situation I think.

I got mine on Freq 12129, Symbol 27500 V and FEC 5/6. Only change was from DBBS to DVBS2. I get them on 1/2, 2/3, 3/4, 3/5, 4/5 etc so the FEC must not be very strict.

I had this too, as the frequencies and stuff were fine, but they were all set to QPSK.

I rescanned set to 8PSK it worked. They take a while to tune in but they do come in now.
