What qualifications do I need to become a health and social care trainer?

I want to become a trainer. Is there anyone who can help me with this? What do I need to do or study to become one? Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

I would imagine an experiened nurse would do it someone with 5 years plus experience after a degree in General Nursing plus fully registered with add on courses.
