Public Service - EO interview prep

Hi Does anyone have any advice on how to prepare for an EO interview. I’ve done 2 already. Placed third on one panel and didn’t place on the panel for the second interview. I found a huge difference in the questions in both interviews and if I get a third interview, would like to be as prepared as possible.

Just found your post. I'm preparing for a EO interview with public service currently. Do you have any tips/advice? How well would you say I need to know the organisation (it's HEA if that's relevant). Any advice would be very appreciated!
