    ok so Lord was converted while out scavenging it seems so how does that impact on who could be converted? Are we likely to have a narrow or wide pool?

    Interesting from the reveal that "none of that mattered as he was also converted into a Cordyceps Infected!"

    Which I think means that Liz & Beaker were both OGs

    However, the fact that there's been a conversion either means that 1) there were 3 original wolves (seems unlikely?) or 2) the converted wolves also have the power to convert

    Agreed, if you're reading into the wording of the post there is likely two wolves remaining and both converted i would guess. Lordy was yesterday mornings conversion given he outed beaker pre conversion so we need to find Mondays conversion and todays

    Joel has received some sort of item which will help the village so maybe that will inform what we do next

    So ok we have minimum 2 infected left, but the problem now is, people who were once cleared are now not, depending on who was converted.

    GIven the power role that Neo is based on Lordys reveal (wolves knew this) then Neo is the conversion today. Kind of has to be, even if they know he's going to be lynched tonight, they are removing a critical piece from the board.

    Mondays convert is the last wolf in my thought process

    Yep fair, but maybe Joel needs to keep the item secret. Let him make the decision on whether to reveal the item don't force it because it could give advantage to wolves

    We are kind of in a situation where we need to make relative assumptions, given a day one conversion, I'd work off the assumption of two initial wolves.

    Given Lordys reveal I also don't think Joel can be trusted anymore to lead the village

    can Neo be converted. Lord was converted out there so didn’t fall foul of the picking an infected rule. Why did wolves convert lord night 1 if they had an open pick?

    Not a guarantee, just something for us to discuss- Guards last night were fixer lorc Jayo, the scavenging party from yesterday is gone

    Deja vu all over again!

    We are between the guards here. No scavengers. I narrowed it to 3 yesterday as I didn't think they would risk Lord/Leggy.

    Today it is 3 though Jayo, fixx and lorc?

    Lord is dead, he never made it back.

    We haven't been breached.

    Why are we over complicating things.

    If anyone other than guards think I'm wrong explain it to me.

    As an aside from memory, Lord tried to disapprove part of my theory yesterday with BK and Liz, so i need to read back on that knowing that we know he was converted at that time

    I reread the OP, if Neo is Joel then he is the nailed on conversion especially with items from the scavenge coming back today. Too risky for the wolves to leave the unknowns in play.

    I'm presuming they converted Lordy yesterday morning, he revealed he'd caught BJ on a scan. He was as clear a candidate for conversion on the back of that if they thought he was Joel. If there logic yesterday was to convert Joel, then logic today would be the same.

    Liz was an OG wolf therefore everyone was open to conversion/death from the start

    Only those outside the camp (the six selected and any scavengers travelling to/from a location) are available for the kills or converts… unless….

    Should Joel select an infected for either detail then they will be able to infiltrate the camp and kill or convert who they choose

    Joel had Lord out there so it was fair game which means none of us are now clear

    This has been explained a good few times WM, not sure why you're ignoring it; the OP says:

    Now we know that Joel selected both Liz & Beaker for duty so the first condition above has been fulfilled, I think everyone can agree on that.

    As I understand it, there are two schools of thought about the second part:

    1. Once an infected has been selected by Joel, they (the wolves collectively) can kill or convert who they choose OR
    2. Because the infected players died, they (Liz & Beaker) didn't infiltrate the village, the wolves cannot kill or convert who they choose

    Is # 2 a correct representation of how you are reading it? I'm firmly in camp # 1. I see that both options are possible but you only seem to think # 2 is possible? Are you conclusively ruling out # 1?

    What do you think would have happened if say Leggy was infected? He was selected day 1 for scavenging but only made it back to camp today; could the wolves have converted anyone for the last 2 days? Or just from within the 5 (or whatever number it is now)?
