    There's no need to put your age on your CV. I've been told by several recruitment organizations that you shouldn't put it on there. And prospective employers should be able to work out your age from your educational details. Unless you're Bottler.

    I got my present job in 2021 aged 59. I never had an issue getting an interview either.What I think is that employers want much younger people generally, so they can pay them less and treat them worse!

    I'd sooner hire a 58 year old woman rather than a 28 year old, at least no maternity leave to deal with. But we have no idea how she comes across in interviews.
