    I don't hold much hope of getting a ticket seeing as this is on Reddit and there are Americans talking about selling their cars to go. But I'm going to try and get a ticket even if I have to sleep in the airport or in a park.

    I went to The End when they did the Sabbath farewell tour but I've only seen Ozzy solo twice before in Jan 1991 in McGonagles. Two gigs that have never been surpassed and I've been to hundreds of all sorts of genres. Met Zakk Wylde and we walked Ozzy and his kid (who I now know is Jack) on his shoulders back to the hotel afterwards.

    This the potentially the ultimate metal gig - one for the ages - and it's a great excuse to see Slayer one last time.

    Was lucky enough to get two tickets for the Led Zeppelin reunion concert years ago. Was a lottery thing. Again, for charity (Although, yes yes, I'm SURE people got paid 🙄). Anyway, ticket, cheap-ass Ryanair flight. Crappy double room with brother. All in all, probably about 500 Euro I suppose. Bit more maybe.

    Queueing up for merch. Got talking to a woman from Canada. She had paid 10K Canadian for a 3 day trip over/concert/back and considered that a bargain. (I didn't tell her how much I paid) .

    So, I'm not surprised there will be people looking to come to this from all over the world. Good luck to those who want to attempt to buy tickets and to those who don't, mind your own business.

    Got in and the options were £620 for a seat in the Trinity Stand or £225 to sit in the Holte end (at the back of the stadium). Opted out.
    Will try again in the other presales.

    There were GA standing tickets with a coach from Leeds / London seemingly available when I got in earlier but couldnt get them into my cart quick enough.
