Crystal Palace make no mistake this time. Lovely worked goal. 2-0. Mateta gets the tap in at the end of the move for his second goal today.

Harry Maguire keeping the entire Palace attack onside…he steps up about 5 minutes too late

United need to tighten up at the back here or they’ll lose this

”Amorim’s right, your players are shite” sing the Palace fans. Ouch!

That Man City midfield looks incredibly weak. Kovacic very exposed as the only thing close to a defensive presence. Reminds me of that Pep Special in the champions league final against Chelsea. Hard to see Arsenal not just tearing them to shreds through the middle. Whether they can actually finish the chances they're going to get is the only question.

If Man Utd beat Leicester, Ipswich and Wolves in their remaining league games they should be mathematically safe. Probably should focus their energy on winning the one off games in the cup to win a trophy and qualify for Europe next season.

There were boos at the final whistle at Old Trafford. That's 3 wins out of 4 against Man United I think for Crystal Palace, and a draw being the other result. Palace were well worth the win. I'm a bit surprised they're not a little higher in the table. They've a solid keeper and defense. Good midfield players and attacking players.

They had a very poor start to the season, I think in was match day 9/10 when the got their first win. Since then they've been a top 6-8 side in terms of their form.

    Offside from Martinelli

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 7,224 ✭✭✭Talisman

Cue 90 minutes of Arsenal players falling over themselves. 🤣

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 22,804 ✭✭✭✭sligeach

Martinelli well offside, otherwise it was 2-0.

Have a drink every time an Arsenal player goes down holding his head.

This has been a terrible half of football. Two teams strolling around the pitch. Is there anywhere to get the fastest sprint stats as I'd love to see them?

Every time City get a cross in they look dangerous.

It makes their reluctance to cross all the more baffling.

Arsenal dropping back and giving the impetus to City… seems a really bad idea, as City have the players to threaten in the final third, but not to hold midfield, so Arsenal should really be taking the battle to midfield…
