Additional tip for venue staff

Hi, just wondering if people usually tip the staff of the wedding venue in addition to the service charge already paid on the overall bill for the day?

My feeling would be that they have received a decent amount already, but I'm not sure what is common practice.

Thanks in advance for any input.

It wouldn't enter my mind to tip the staff. How many staff? Waiters? Waiters and bar staff? Waiters, bar staff and kitchen staff? Waiters, bar staff, kitchen staff and front of house people? How much would you tip? Do you give each individually? Or give a lump sum and hope whoever you gave it to shares it out fairly?

No. Tipping the staff at a venue you've already paid a lot of money for is not something I'd have ever considered.
