Hi, wondering can anyone help with my rookie question.

We want to set up multiple cameras on a farm. I want to see can I do it myself… looking for an extender that cameras can work off.

We have Three (4g broadband) in the house

The WiFi range needs to be approx 70m

If we feed an Ethernet cable from the router in house to extender (below) stationed out in the yard.

Would something Tapo outdoor cameras work with this type of extender?

    Thank you

You will find plenty of discussion on this topic in the Farming & Forestry forum.

You can easily extend the Wi-Fi Outside with an outdoor access point, but if you are looking to setup cameras inside a shed for monitoring livestock then you'd be better off using a wireless bridge kit and setting up an access point inside the shed (or a switch and used wired cameras).
