Semi-D utility design

I think it's a relatively standard design in newish builds. I have a 1.5m by 2.6m utility. One long wall has a door in from the kitchen. One short wall hold the air to water tank. The other short wall is the door out to the side of the house.

Currently we have the washer and dryer next to the air to water unit (vertically stacked) and that fills that wall. We then just have free standing shelves that store loads of cleaning supplies and other bits. We have clothes horses (when not in use), sweeping brushes, vacuum cleaner, ironing board, plastic bottle bin and glass bottle bin all in there.

I plan on getting kitchen style units in there but can't really find an efficient design to store all that. Do I keep the washer / drier stacked etc.

Ideally I would fit in a small sink and somewhere to hang or iron clothes but I think thats pushing it. I would love a room double that size that would keep the clothes horses out of the kitchen!

Any source of good designs? Pinterest seem to have much bigger utilities. New build photos on Daft tend not to have any units or any stuff.

Feels like someone might have come up with a solution for this situation. The air to water tank makes it tricky but lots have them.

Ours is similar, we have cupboards on both sides for 3/4 of the longer sides.

1 side they are floor to ceiling, larder style, the other side are above and below a worktop.

On the worktop side we have washer & dryer on the floor and sink beside them. Above this worktop we have a single hanging rail to help with sorting the laundry.

Opposite this we have a wall mounted, "retractable" drying rack that holds equivalent to 3 "normal" clothes horses.

We are only in the house a month, but so far its working well :-)

We have a plant room that holds the cylinder etc, but it could go into one of the larders if required.
