Thinking Enzo to Elanga and armband on Isak. Bench Watkins away to Arsenal but he does have a fantastic record against them.

I've been in freefall the last few weeks and a lot of it due to selling Forest assets because I didn't think they could keep it up. Will be fixing that error this week. Wood and Milenkovic back in.

Saliba & Mateta out for Aina & Wood ©.

Tempted by Isak but hate backing the early KO. Palmer most likely. Brentford decent at home.

Palmer, Enzo and Sarr potential doubts I have now from reading a few press conferences posts. Have Watkins and Rogers so both will be needed. Have 1FT is all and want to roll. Watkins got 90 mins midweek also, surprised to not see him come off.

Palmer not playing til Monday. I have the armband on him at mo.

Don't have Wood, have Elanga, but can't see anything beyond an assist.

Have Salah, but might be a tough game, Brentford decent enough at home.

My only other choices are Mbuemo, Wissa, Gakpo (So no, for above reasons) and Isak, but it's never worked out for me picking the early captain.

I need to sell Jackson but I am unsure about buying Wood! I'm fearing that I have missed the boat on him!!

I'm debating Jackson → Solanke or Jackson → Wood.

Brentford are ranked 16th for xGc. They gave up 2.4xGc v a City team who are all over the shop. Salah could go to town and I've the armband locked on him. Liverpool will get chances for sure! Southampton of course are ranked 20th.

How many Everton players you all gonna have for GW24. I'm thinking of letting my FT next week roll over and selling Timber and Watkins for Gakpo and TAA. Worth a hit then to bring in an Everton defender? Hardly, given their 2nd match is v Liverpool??

Think I'm going Isak over Salah.

Voted Palmer but now flagged so will go with Mo. Went with Isak last GW and benefited but early game curse fear

Palmer a doubt so maybe Wood

Fair enough if you have them done but I think those are transfers made with only this week in mind. Saliba is part of the leagues best defence statistically and Mateta has far better upcoming fixtures (after this week) than Wood.

Done, had 2 FTs and wanted attack the Southampton fixture. I got the last 3 GWs out of Mateta but have been hankering after Wood for weeks. Arsenal, I think their lack of a clinical finisher will affect the rest of the squad.

Martinelli and Raya out for Gordan and Dubravka. Raya was my last OG player since gameweek 1 but needed to free up other funds. Still don’t have Wood.

Captain call is tricky with Palmer yellow flagged. Will go with Isak

Finally got Hall in for Lewis.

The next 6 fixtures are all games that are good for attackers though - Everton, Leicester, Ipswich, Man Utd, Man City & Brentford away (those games nearly all seem to be goalfests).

There are twitter rumours that Saliba is a doubt. Arteta does like to spread false information around Arsenal injuries so take with a pinch of salt.

The only Everton play I might get is Pickford and that's a big might. As of now unlikely, no appeal with any of their other assets.

I already have Mykolenko and will start him. No one else interests me for now. Whatever about the double, it's still Everton.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 6,528 ✭✭✭Flaneur OBrien

Ndiaye would b the only one I might be tempted by, but he's had 3* 2pointers in a row. And he'd be supplanting Wissa, who's playing against Spurs in gw24. And that could go anyway.

Stuck with Palmer. I'm chasing in my league and need differentials so hoping he's alright by Monday.

Need a repeat of Isak from last game week.

Pedro to Wood, gave him the armband too.

Wild carded. Captaining Salah last week and not having Isak has killed me.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 5,376 ✭✭✭ShagNastii

With view of the DGW is there anyone outside of Pickford worth drafting in from the Everton team?

Went with Salah as cap, but will be dreading Monday night if he blanks this afternoon.
