Maybe they need to just finally bring out another special edition Speedmaster

What colour? I think we haven't had a purple or a canary yellow one yet.

It would be interesting to learn how other brands that have really gouged prices in recent years will be faring at this time. JLC as a good example where sticker price on some of their lower key steel watches (Polaris on rubber now 10,900 or a 3 hand master control date 10,500) have gone through the roof since COVID. I do wonder how many watches their dedicated boutique in Dublin sells as I'd assume discounts won't be a thing in boutiques, where you might just get offered a free strap?

I'm thinking of moving on one or both of these. They both have box and papers. The Speedmaster 3594 is from 2000 I think and the Seamaster (black dial) is 2016.

They are both beautiful watches, it's just they're not getting the wrist time they deserve. I just wear my Speedmaster Pro nearly every day.

Putting it up here in case anybody night be interested and in the hopes it'll save me the heartache of Adverts. DM me if interested.

@Roycropper63 - I have had issues with people in the past claiming they never got my parcel, that it wasn't as they expected, etc. I prefer for people to come to my home, do any check or test on the item I am selling that they want, and only buy if they are 100% happy with it.

I could make an exception for anyone in here of course, but I much prefer face to face deals. Less risk for anyone involved.

Thea heartache of Adverts needs to be faced. I have my Speedmaster 3594 Broad Arrow (2001) and Seamaster 300 (2016) both up on Adverts. They're both the cheapest in the EU on C24 with Box and Papers. DM me if interested. They'd make lovely, thoughtful, Christmas presents…..for yourself.

Both Seamaster and Speedmaster now sold. Surprisingly easy sales, both to Ireland, one on Adverts and one(-ish) on C24.

    Hi folks,

Was not aware this forum existed so have just joined after seeing it linked on TZ-UK.

Anyway, I'm sharing my watch that is currently for sale in the hopes that someone here happens to be in the market for it.

Hopefully I've followed all rules (have done my best to).

Looking forward to engaging with other watch enthusiasts.

    Thanks

Thinking of selling my Tissot PRX Powermatic 80 green on bracelet. Still has 6 months warranty. Worn handful of times and is in mint condition.

What would be a reasonable proce to expect a watch like this to sell for? What should I be asking for it?

    Thanks.

I'd put it up for a bit more than half the RRP and see what happens. I am an impatient man and I would be inclined to then accept the first reasonable offer close to that.
