Certificate of Freedom to Marry - Civil Partnership Conversion Confusion

Hi, I am based overseas and looking to convert my civil partnership to marriage. I am trying to marry overseas. I understand that to convert from partnership to marriage, you have to re-marry and the partnership is annulled at the same time. However, I'm a bit stuck - the country I'm in requires a Certificate of Freedom to Marry, and the online form requires me to confirm my partnership is annulled or dissolved - which neither is correct. We are only looking to convert to marriage so our relationship is recognised in other countries. Citizens Information cannot advise and the local embassy has gone silent. Does anyone know what to do?

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
