How to determine the paint used on kitchen cabinets

Hi, Need to touch up the paint on the kitchen cabinets but need to find out what the exact shade is. To me its basic kitchen cream. However thought I would throw it out there. I know alot of people use matching apps etc so even if they recommend one.

No app is gonna be very precise in picking the exact colour for you when matching existing paint, but I find the Dulux Visualizer app handy for getting the approximate shade.
Take a pic of one of the units in neutral light and upload it using the colour finder button, then move the little circles around to identify the nearest colours available to your kitchen colour.
