Best place to get a new car battery (+ install)?

    Have had two occasions in recent months where car wouldn't start and guy who rescued me over Christmas said I should get a new battery. It's several cars ago since I needed a new battery so I've no idea where does best pricing and service

    I used these guys, they tested the old battery before replacing.

    Check out https://batteryworld.ie/ for pricing also. I got a car battery from them just over a year ago for €80 delivered, was €120+ in any other motor factors. I even rang them to confirm pricing and guy on phone thought it was a misprice and advised to order before it was amended. I see the same one now for €110.

    Fitting is a 1 min job

    Discount Tyres and Auto Services in Ballycoolin have never done me a bad turn for tyres or spares like batteries, aircon gas etc
