A sought after location in Wexford town - I tried to buy a couple of properties there last year! I actually tried to buy that house but it was bought by a builder/developer who in fairness has done a great job on it. A safe location within walking distance of everything. The only downside for me would be the difficulty parking outside your door.

You need to set yourself up on Daft.ie alerts. You need to get a solicitor and have a surveyor on call. You need to visit any possibility at the drop of hat. Honestly in my area, there is very little for sale. Estate agents windows are full of "Sale Agreed".
