Cost of ground work/foundations for garden shed

Building a 6m by 4m shed in the garden and looking to get a price for the concrete foundations. Looking at 2.4m3 of concrete. Unfortunately the access does not allow for a machine so all work done by hand. I've got a quote 4500 euro plus VAT. Seems like a lot to me. Is this a fair price?

IIt is on the expensive side. However its also a job you could do yourself. It's not that big a job.

Got quotes for a 7ish X 4 ish based on building a timber structure with 9x2s and having an insulated concrete floor. Came in at 9500. Everything is very expensive now, especially labor and lads are.mad for cash
