Coming from a Samsung Watch one thing i miss on my Epix Pro Gen 2 is the ability to automatically go back to the clock when you stop looking at the watch for a few seconds (when no activity running) without having to click the button several times to get back.

Any setting I'm missing to enable this?

Cover the watch face fully with the palm of your hand and it will return to the time.

Not working for me. On weather app, cover watch for 3 seconds, still on same.

I've found it does EVENTUALLY go back to clock if I leave it alone for 2-3 minutes.

At least it goes to black i mean.

Then when I rotate wrist again it's back to clock.

So I guess it's working as I want, just slower.

Odd about the screen covering thing not working though 🤔

Try settings, system, display, general use and turn off wrist gesture and set timeout to say 8 seconds.

As far as I am aware it's not something you turn on or off. Try garmin forums and see if a similar issue has been raised.

Right, but I want wrist gesture.

I just want it to turn back to clock when I'm no longer looking at the screen for a few seconds, as it works on Apple and Samsung watches.

At the moment it does this, but after 2-3 minutes.

I've also set a Hot Key to show Watch Face, but it's a bit clunky to have to press a button just to go back to the home screen in less than 2 minutes.
