Anyone know what's the correct way to log an issue with a mast? After the storm the 4G form 3 from my towns mast is gone to hell and still no sign of anything being done about it and want to make sure it's logged

Call 1913.
It may be congestion. All the mobile networks are practically unusable during the day out my way since Saturday as the local broadband exchange went down and now everyone is trying to hotspot.
Come the early hours of the morning the speeds are fine again and then through the course of the morning into afternoon grinds to a halt again.
