CCTV & Proximity lighting combo

wondering if anyone has bought one of the better CCTVs advertised on the various "cheap" Chinese sites (say around €40-50) and if so, have they been decent? Was interested in something with good night vision, that perhaps has proximity lighting and an alarm feature which can all be controlled/monitored via mobile phone.
