Is that a daily entry or just once do you know?

Single entry it says in the terms, but there seems to be a draw per week. Unclear if earlier entries count in later weeks' draws (e.g. it does in the Pepsi comp from a week or two ago).

Did anyone win on the Deep River Rock competition?

Got an email at the start of October to say I won a Fitbit, submitted details and haven't heard back since and haven't received anything.

There was no email address provided in the Ts&Cs, and the winning email came from a noreply email address.

Ts&Cs state "In the event that a Prize is not received within 28 working days, please contact the fulfillment agency detailed in the winners email received upon successful verification." but I never got any such email (and I did submit all my details correctly as soon as I received the initial email).

Have emailed consumer.response@cchellenic.com but if anyone else won and has an email that works I'd appreciate it!

22. Winners only will be notified via email within twenty-four (24) working hours of the draw taking place, giving instructions for the next steps of the claim process. Winners will have fourteen (14) days to claim their Prize from first contact. Winners will be required to provide information including: their name, mobile number, proof of age, email address and home address to assist with verification, fulfilment of the Prize and arranging Prize delivery, this will be collected and processed in a secure manner by trusted third party. Delay or failure to provide the evidence to the third party's reasonable satisfaction may result in the entry being void or a Prize being forfeited.

Winners will be required to visit the URL sent to them via email and complete the verification process, then provide their full name, date of birth, valid address, valid mobile number and email address (this needs to be the email address that entered and received the winning email response) that is personal and accessible throughout the promotion. Winners should keep hold of the email they received until their win has been verified.

Did you have to enter in details for shipping? Sounds like they send out an email with a link to claim. Check your junk just incase.
