Travel insurance including motorcycle rental

    I'm going away shortly to Australia and then Vietnam, so I'm looking for travel insurance that includes riding a rental motorbike or scooter.

    Multitrip.com seem to be the big cheese in the sector, but looking at their site I can only see an option for bikes under 125cc, which is not particularly appealing.

    Does anyone have any experience of getting insurance that includes a bigger touring bike?

    Oops! Never mind, I found it buried in an options dropdown in the site.

    Oh, ok then. 😋

    On the multitrip site, under pricing, there are various options — levels of cover, duration etc. Further down, there are optional covers, one of which is sports and activities. You have to get to Grade 3 before you'll find cover for motorcycle over 125cc.

    All this after putting in your personal details.
