Thomas Ahern is usually dependable on all aspects but he was making silly mistakes as well. So using that as a baseline, there is a wholelot of upskilling needed all over the pitch.

Really good result for a very young Leinster side. Didn’t get to see it, but believe Connor Fahy, Aitzol King and John McKee had good outings, along with Usanov as mentioned here.

Anyone else stand out?

Ruben Moloney was good and won't be far off getting URC games this season. I noticed Niall Smyth had to go off with a shoulder injury, hope that doesn't put him out of the u20 6 nations. If there's any damage they can take a few months to fully recover.

Agreed, his pre contact footwork is very good too.

O'Leary-Kareem looks a good prospect, but he needs some serious conditioning work. Was blown away in contact a few times last weekend again at Leinster A.

Lots of rumours the Connacht Leinster game on Saturday will have to be postponed / rearranged. Think the combination of how stretched the senior squad is with the mandatory resting of the internationals alongside an Irish U20s warm up game around a similar time frame means they are incredibly short on available players.
