Be aware that RO units remove all minerals as well as impurities leaving almost pure H2O. Some have a re-mineralising feature. Generally recommended for medical reasons rather than a general water filter. (Of course, that may be the reason you are looking for one). They are usually quite slow in delivering water unless you have a storage vessel close by so not useful as whole house filtration unit, just a drinking water tap filter.
