ITEM: Samsung Plasma Display with Media Station
    POST\COLLECTION: Collection only

I have a 2003 Samsung plasma TV that I got 21 years ago.

It's in good working order last time I checked and I still have the wall bracket though not the screws. It also has the original media console that it came with and the original remote control, with the top part of the joystick on the control missing, but it should still be functional.

User manual is available here - https://downloadcenter.samsung.com/content/UM/200311/20031111151011875_T19A_ENG_europe_0206.pdf

I now want to move it on as I want to replace it with a modern unit, and while WEEE is the obvious choice, I wanted to offer it here first at no cost in case anyone was interested.

It has no HDMI, USB etc and TV broadcasting has really moved on since 2003, so the only thing I can see it having any use with is retro gaming of some sort.

I don't believe it will be much use as a TV these days but I would sya it would be an excellent retro gaming screen.

Obviously, it available on a "take as seen" basis.

Bear in mind that it is VERY heavy and you will need either a large MPV car or a van to move it and at least two if not three people to carry it out of the house.

I posted about this unit on the main forum around a year ago - thread here - https://www.boards.ie/discussion/2058321086/2003-samsung-plasma-tv-any-use-for-retro-gaming#latest

If anyone is interested, please get in touch.
