    Answer to your second question, its 390ft per second and yes it is consistent.

    If that shoots at 390 feet per second then thats illegal to even own

    Apologies, 390 is incorrect. Website says 328 FPS. All details are on the NOVRISTCH website where we bought it from. Mint condition, its the <1 JOULE version.

    You must post the actual muzzle energy/fps for this device not what is posted on a website
