Try posting your query on the motors section of Boards:

It doesn't look too bad. Sometimes they're not scratches at all but just paint residue that has transferred from the other vehicle. Before you go spending a load of dosh on calling panel beaters, there's no harm in trying to clean some of them off yourself with a soft cloth and a little T-cut.

Thank you! I’ll check in halfords tomorrow and try it. Hopefully it will work 🤞🏼

don’t waste your money on that stuff, it’s absolutely useless.

T cut has its uses, I got rid of some light scratches on a car & a friend used it on old poor paintwork & it made ir look like new.

Those photos look like the bumper which is probably plastic so tcut won't help that.

Some better pictures in daylight might help

Looking at the last picture alone, the scratch has gone as far as the primer and no amount of T-Cut will remove that. The other pictures don't look as bad but they're further away.

Best thing to do is run your finger nail along the scratches, if it catches, chances are it needs some sort of paint to fix

Needs to be painted, how much it costs depends on where you are in the country.

Paint is very expensive now (the actual paint).

A fred in the shed is going to be about €300, a proper bodyshop and you are looking at €600 or a bit more if you are in Dublin, perhaps bit less outside Dublin

I had this exact problem recently. Same area, same damage. It cost me €300 for a quick job to get that section of the bumper painted (as opposed to the whole thing).

I was selling the car so I wasn't looking for perfection, I just wanted to make it presentable. If this is what you want then you'll be able to get it done for around €300. If you want it to be perfect then it will be closer to €600.

You could try the kitchen surface cleaner.Cif or whatever it's called.Available in Lidl in a yellow bottle last time I saw it.

Put a drop of it on a wet clean cloth and rub with the scratches gently.Repeat.Wash away residue with plenty of water.A lot cheaper than Tcut.As said above if your fingernail catches you could consider a respray.

This except use petrol or acetone. It will wipe the paint transfer right off and you might get away with a €10 touch up pen from Halfords if you don’t want absolute perfection.

Otherwise expect to pay €250 to €600

I don't see how Cif is going to fix the chip showing in the last photograph. That needs sanding and respraying.

It won't fix any kind of chip but it will tone down scratches or any paint transfer that happened.
