    I Just placed another order for €15 free delivery again, I had it in my basket was still thinking to buy or not but must have hit buy now by mistake the next thing I got a email order got through.

    Still don't know why 2 orders now didn't need to be over €25 for free delivery.

    When you go into your orders page (on the app) and click on the value part of the line that starts "Shipped" scroll down to the items and under the item list click the button with three dots and select price adjustment.

    It was only on my last order that I ever saw "Price Adjustment" pop up as a visible button option and on that order I've used price adjustment 4 times on one of the items.

    According to their tracking

    My Ordered arrived into ireland on the 9th aug

    Went to customs on the 12th

    Since then no update , I've got the €5 credit and yesterday my money back, as there was no update for 8 days

    Anyone experienced this delay and ended up getting their delivery?

    Who was the courier? For the last few months all my orders were delivered by An Post, I've never had a problem with them, always got ordereds within the delivery date.

    That will be if the order is shipped directly from China to the customer.

    I'd say the big companies like Temu and Ali Express will just establish a big warehouse in Europe, hopefully in Ireland.

    Looking for a good day backpack/rucksack if anyone had any recommendations? One that could also fit under the seat of a plane.

    Bought one a couple of years ago from AliExpress I think, and while it's functional, it doesn't give much support; you could basically roll it up and put it in your coat pocket. Looking for something with foam/frame in it.

    Not a temu bag but the best quality price for under the seat bag I think is the Kipsta 20 l from Decathlon

    20L Bag Essential - Blue - Decathlon

    We used it plenty of times with Ryanair and it's been great. It seems small but it fits lots of things

    All the measurements are there above the star review. Would definitely get the tape measure out though,Chinese large, medium and small can be very different to ours.

    Last order was delivered in under 9 days and as usual complete tracking every time the package moved. Unbelievable service.

    Got a token voucher after chat with bot and apologies for delay my order will now be prioritized and to check back after 15 work days, I stupidly made 3 further orders.
