No, there's a whole sub-section in AH called Teach na nGealt. Not sure how active it is these days, but it's there.

Genuine question: Is the use of Irish on boards.ie confined to the Irish language forum 'teach-na-gealt' only? I.e. is using Irish outside of that forum against the forum rules?

It probably is and I'd have no issue with that. What has been posted in Irish, outside of the dedicated forum, in recent times has been WUMs using Google Translate for a mess about. It's fair enough in my mind to look on Boards as an English language site. It's not a state organisation or governmental entity that has to adhere to Irish Language legislation. Why not allow Polish, Ukrainian, Russian, Chinese etc?
