Henry wasn't exaggerating when he said this was a freak accident.

Joe the ghoul: "What sounds were you making?"

After the show Heat Merchants will need to order in a few packages of rubber radiator knobs so to speak.

Did the spike go through his eye?

Isn't this something for the courts to deal with?

    Why is he telling Joe?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,181 ✭✭✭Living Off The Splash

…and did they bandage it up?

Anyway, how were the chips? Good quality, nicely fried, or something you'd not feed to the seagulls?

Are we in for a week of freak accidents.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 18,528 ✭✭✭✭Busi_Girl08

Waiting for the point of this.

The danger of fish and chips?

The danger of the 5 second rule?

    The danger of capless radiators?

What kind of PSA is needed here?

It's owners that take the valve covers off so that nobody can feck about with the settings.

This is the kind of shyte that happens.

Joe, after hearing his has injured his eye/eye brow, he then asks "Was it uncomfortable during the night?"

What kind of fuppin stupid question is that?

If anyone gets a speck of dust in their eye it feels like a handful of gravel, so if getting impaled in the eye I would imagine it would sting a bit.

Joe is asking some really stupid questions.

Ah here it is. Joe on the case against other insurers.

What does home insurance have to do with medical expenses?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 18,078 ✭✭✭✭McDermotX

De Borza will ring in to offer him a free fish and chip supper

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 3,349 ✭✭✭ooter

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 18,528 ✭✭✭✭Busi_Girl08

I guess it's "Insurers are bad bad bastards" week

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 40,829 ✭✭✭✭Dan Jaman

The insurance companies aren't daft, unless they're in Joe Worlded.

Imagine where you could claim yourself, be no shortage of claimants.

(actually, you can insure yourself against any and all sorts of risks but that requires knowing an underwriter, not a standard house policy)

When I first tuned in and Henry sounded on the verge of tears I was terrified it was more school abuse.
