Home Alarm recommendations for integration with HomeAssistant

    Does anyone have a recommendation for home alarms that will integrate with HomeAssistant? Ideally something that works as a traditional alarm but also with full integration to HomeAssistant.

    House is currently wired and installed with a legacy panel that works fine, but I'm looking to replace this to get integration with HA. I'm not particularly interested in something that requires a monthly payment as that puts a dependency on the manufacturer to stay in existence or becoming tied into their price increases, so something ideally with an open API.

    Am happy to use the existing wiring or go with wireless sensors.

    I am looking to get an alarm installed in my pre-wired house, and I've been trying to find someone who might install the konnected.io conversion kit (https://konnected.io/products/konnected-alarm-panel-pro-12-zone-kit) as a standalone wired alarm.

    The fact it has local access to home assistant is very important to me. I also want to make (read-only) use of all of the sensors that the alarm will have available.

    My search thus far has been pretty fruitless though, I'm not really sure what to do beyond pestering small electrician / alarm companies until someone says they'll do it with no warranty etc.
