LHW, Bad service? Am I the only one??

Hi Folks,

I'm wondering if anyone else has their Pension with this company New Ireland. Well, I have for the last 30 years!

Lately over the years I've been putting in lump sums as I draw closer to retirement. Getting documents back etc has been a struggle. I go through LHW and they assure me everything is ok. I have my doubts but wonder if anyone has had similar issues with them in getting confirmation emails or letters and also receiving RAC forms for tax purposes.

I'm not with them anymore, company moved our pension, but the only issue I had with them was communication and access to the portal, though I'm in the early days of building a pension so I'm not doing much with it other than looking.

Often it took weeks to get access to the portal when it inevitably wouldn't allow access.

OP's beef appears to be with New Ireland. They were mentioned in the original thread title and my reading of his post suggests that he is not unhappy with the service he is receiving from LHW.

So I'm curious as to why (according to the updated thread title) LHW are now at fault?
