    A lot of these schemes like the vacant homes grant are Green box ticking exercises that when you actually apply for them they are a complete pain in the hole and only about 3 people in the country qualify to get them.

    Joe will be looking to inherit Uncle Gaybo's part time job in one of the new guangos, apon his retirement from RTE. Keeps him occupied until the Aras becomes available.
