Water Softener

    Hello I'm in the process of trying to buy a water softener, we had one from EWT and got 12 years out of it. So all the plumbing is already there. My mind is boggled with all the choice available and the price variation. Are the water softeners fitted with a clack valve better quality or is it a gimmick. My husband is a fitter so he can install it. Some also mentioned the quality of the resin..

    Any advice is greatly appreciated.
