    Hi

Looking at refurbed laptops online and prices are superb for high spec machines. but it seems the real good reductions are laptop models from circa 2018 that have been upgraded with SSD or ram.

To me it seems stupid to buy laptop that is that old already even if it's got a few components replaced? Am I missing something here or were these laptops that were just never used and now disposed to refurbing companies

Then the newer refurbed laptops are to close in price of new laptop so better buying new model from the high street?

    Thanks

    Alan

Check that whatever hardware is in them is W11 compliant as support for W10 ends around this time next year.

Ya I spotted support for OS expiring soon. I'm more concerned bout hardware though if it's that old is it really a overpriced second hand laptop

Old processors wouldn't support modern OS (Like Windows 11). If you need a descent old laptop please ping me privately.
