Apple return address

    What address have people used to return items to Apple? The one given in the email is “RMA Department, Unit 5, Logix Park, Watling Street, Hinckley, Leicestershire, LE10 3BQ, UK”

    I sent it tracked and Royal Mail are now returning it to me as they are no longer at that address!

    I haven’t returned something to them in a while but the last time it was to;

    Syncreon, UKDC, Hinckley, LE10 3HZ which appears to be down the road from where you sent yours.

    Did you arrange the return through Apple? Usually they organise a courier (TNT from my experience) to collect it. I’ve never dealt with An Post/Royal Mail.

    It is only a €49 Apple Watch strap. I sent it registered to the address on the email they gave me. I initiated the return over the phone but I notice if I go online into my account and choose to print a return label there is a different address which is “DP World Logistics UK Ltd, AI Returns, Unit 3A, Samaritan Way, Segro Park, Coventry, CV8 3EE”.
