    I don't even think I had it on the cart. I think I was trying to throw it on the tracks from the bottom of the screen, but it bounces off an invisible wall and comes back to the platform. But I was moving the minecart by turning the pages and when the minecart went past it (even though it wouldn't have hit it), the block started glitching and flew off to the side and off the page.

    Yeah think I'll just wait for the fix 😄. There are

    10

    chapters so want to get through them without starting over and dont mind waiting. I appreciate playing something new / original. Not many of those about these days...

    Couldn't wait. Just went through it without locking 👍. Heres my tip to avoid glitches which does not spoil the puzzle but I'll put in spoiler tag anyway.

    Dont throw the small block, take it to 3d mode or set down inside / near the mine cart.

    Under the Waves (which was added last week) is interesting me at the moment and is nice and relaxing.

    It is set underwater with some light resource gathering & crafting so it has some Subnautica vibes but only on the surface 😀.

    It is more exploration & narrative-driven with an underlying mystery to discover and an art style similar to The Long Dark.

    About an hour in and it is holding my attention

    Dead Space is the perfect sort of PS Plus game for me - not a chance in hell I’ll be spending money on a graphical refresh of a game I bought back on the 360, but will happily give it a quick try when it’s added to my library.

    God **** damn. I was hoping for TLOU remake for ages and it arrives when i get rid of extra. Will be renewing for black Friday anyway in time for a sale. I have a feeling if i upgrade now, i won't get a deal on black Friday.

    Update. This is a great little game. 3 hours and I am fully committed. Despite work in the morning, I had to drag myself away from it just now. Great story.

    By any chance, can anyone remember Days of Play in May or Black Friday sales last year and how PS Plus deals were handled? I have Essential sub up until the week of black Friday and trying to find out if the deal was for new/lapsed subscriptions, extend current subscription or upgrade to next tier deal only?

    I seem to remember it being useless to current Premium members and only benefited those joining or upgrading, as that is when I usually renew.

    Im going month by month on my sub at the moment also. Only went up to Extra there this month due to Plucky Squire - so v interested in the black friday sales, and how its handled. I had an annual sub at the time and there was no extension option for me anyway - only upgrade to next tier type deal. Cant recall if there was something there for brand new subs

    It'll be discounted upgrades for your existing sub or discounted subs for new/lapsing accounts.

    Thanks lads, I forgot that if i go extra (9 euro) it only goes to end of November anyway so i can let it lapse and get a discount on an essential sub, in theory anyway.

    I finished Under the Waves. I liked it, not much can kill you bar running out of oxygen, and you have loads of air refills, so not gameplay that's too stressful.

    Most of the time is just doing little jobs from a list and talking on the radio / phone to your brother and wife.

    But there is a deeper narrative around dealing with loss that's actually pretty well done. It can be very hard to get that balance right in games. Where one moment the character is feeling sad, then the next they are knee deep in enjoyable gameplay, so it makes sense that it's not too exciting ( still has some good moments) and didn't overstay its welcome.

    Just got a email saying Sony would charge me next month for Plus. Of course, I turned off auto renew previously so it clearly turned on again.

    But looking now, is the auto renew function gone? So I have to cancel the sub, which stays active until the exit date?

    Yeah, cancelling it will keep it active until the subscribed end date. Mine ended a couple of weeks back.

    Nope, nothing at all. I've received the odd notification for my PS App on my phone to check out PS Plus but when I click the link it never goes anywhere and my resub prices are standard. I'll likely hold out til Black Friday at this stage and hope for a deal then.

    Some accounts seem to be offered a 30% discount, others don't.

    At least they notified me instead of just taking the money.

    How much does Premium cost for a year? My account says that my next payment for it is 79.99, which is what they charged me last year. I know that's less than it should be but I don't know how much less.

    That's nearly half price, Premium is currently €152 for a full year. Extra is €126 and Essential is €72.
