abandoned factory location i.d

I visited that place beside the big ball, is it still there? I was there about 2 years ago and the smell was horrid inside , but didn't see the circular concrete pipes or the blue wall area, but I didn't do a full walkaround as there's homeless people there, so was on guard.

Have you walked around the site, are the stacked concrete pipes there, like pic in first post, thanks
