Welger 202 baler problems

I have the above and she was belting out hay bales a few weeks ago no problems

Today however trying to bale straw it has my heart broke earlier in the day it was doing its own thing as in deciding to net midway and later after some adjustments it was baling away and when it came to netting the bale it hadn’t the umph when the cutter bar was going more of a limp effort . Any help much appreciated

Sounds like it was pulling the net in as soon as there enough straw in the chamber to grab it because the brake wasn't holding the roll of net. You adjusted the brake did you? And then afterwards the knive wasn't slamming in hard to cut the net? Odd one. Was it resetting fully? Door fully open to reset it. The little teeth on the triangle thing could be worn. Might be electrical. Check the wiring and they need all of 14 volts to work properly.

I’ll second the wiring advice. Always frost port of call for that type of problem. Check the voltage at your power socket with a multimeter, if it’s not near 14 volts that’ll be a lot of your problem. The 3 pin plug should be wired direct to the battery with an inline maxi fuse for them monitors to work properly.

Is the net cutting ok? Not familiar with that exact model but other ones have a "blade" you can replace (or sharpen). It's really just a long thin strip of metal. A pain in the hole to remove though as there are loads of little studs to take out.
