I have no sympathy for these people. These kids are living in Belgium. If they got top results in their bac they can access top courses in Belgium. They want to have their cake and eat it.

As children of European Commission staff all of these kids get a monthly allowance of over €500 per month for attending higher education.

I hope they aren't serving soup in the nursing homes. Any residents forced to listen to todays show might dunk their heads into it and drown themselves.

One for Joe next week, a 'person of weight' turned down for foster parenting because her BMI was too high, whoy?

Documents seen by the Irish Independent show how one woman, who was turned down as a foster parent solely because of her BMI, was told over a virtual meeting by a Tusla staff member whom she’d never met that she "couldn't run after a toddler'

Things may have changed in Italy, but my understanding is university is more of a free for all. They allow a couple of hundred in to study a subject such as Veterinary, per university. While we have strict low limits. They then use the exams to weed out the weak students in the first year or so, before they get to the practicals where it would be hard manage large numbers of students.

Rejecting someone for being too fat to run after a toddler is the most Tusla thing ever

It’s going since the end of June. That’s 2 months. He’s literally down to the last €1000. If he had an ounce of decency he’d close the appeal, thank his generous donors and leave it at that. €1000 isn’t a huge gap to bridge really.

Instead his latest update is that if he gets the required amount this week he’ll close and order the flute which, apparently, he doesn’t have to walk through Dublin to get this time. Everybody can then watch him playing it. Aren’t we lucky!

Joe could have asked him could he not take out a credit union loan to buy the flute instead of a GoFubdMe but, obviously, artistes like Joe & Dave don’t sulky themselves with such things. Bad for the muse I’d say.
