Advice on a guided tour type package for Cambodia/Laos (maybe Thailand?)

Hello everyone!

I'm just looking around for a decent 6-9 day tour (or a set of pre-bookable 1 or 2 day guided tours) for a couple who are intending on traveling around Cambodia/Laos in October this year. We'll likely have a couple of days in Thailand too.

If you don't have personal experience, then some advice on which companies are generally decent would be good! Active tours are good, but not too adventurous in the adventure sports :p

The main goal is to have some stuff organized most of the days we're there *before* we leave, and then we can fill in the free days with whatever we feel like! Total time will be about 14 days. We've got other stuff booked before/after this part of the trip!
